BAKE, BROIL OR PAN FRY
To Thaw: Place fish in bowl of cool water until completely thawed or place in refrigerator for 24 hours until thawed.
Simple Preparation Instructions: For best taste and texture, fry the arrowtooth flounder.
Pan Fry: Heat oil to about 350°F. Dip fish in flour or cornmeal to coat, fry until golden brown (1 to 3 minutes per side). Transfer to plate lined with paper towels to drain, and serve immediately.
Deep Fry: Place thawed arrowtooth flounder separately in shortening or oil at 350°F for 2 ½ to 3 ½ minutes. Transfer to plate lined with paper towels to drain, and serve immediately.
