To Thaw: Remove from vacuum wrap. Place shells in bowl of cool water until completely thawed or place in refrigerator for 24 hours until thawed.
Simple Cooking Instructions: For best taste and texture, sauté or steam the clams.
Sauté: Place thawed clams in a pan with your favorite sauce and cook until shells open.
Boil: Place entire bag in boiling water for 5-6 minutes or until clams open. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F. Open pouch with care, contents may be hot. Empty contents into a serving dish.
Steam: Place entire bag in steam pot for 5-6 minutes or until clams open. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F. Open pouch with care, contents will be hot. Empty contents into a serving dish.
