Sweet tasting and firm, our Sea Best whole lobsters are frozen at harvest and ready to prepare. Each package includes two cold water lobsters.
BAKE, BROIL, GRILL OR STEAM
To Thaw: Place in refrigerator for up to 24 hours until thawed. USE IMMEDIATELY AFER THAWING.
Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove thawed lobsters from net and place on baking sheet. Place in oven for 5-8 minutes until heated through or internal temperature reaches 145°F. Plate and serve with drawn butter or margarine. Caution – lobsters will be hot.
Steam: Fill pot with 2-3 inches of water. Bring to a boil, and add seasoning. Remove lobsters from nets, place into boiling water, cover and steam for approximately 8 minutes. Remove pot from heat and let stand for 5½ min. until internal temperature of lobster reaches 145°F. Plate and serve with drawn butter or margarine. Caution – lobsters will be hot.
CONSUMER INFORMATION: This Sea Best cold water lobster product is a whole cooked natural species containing inner organs. The liver of a cold water lobster, known as tomalley, is green in appearance. It can be consumed or it can be discarded without affecting the remaining lobster meat.
