BAKE, BROIL, GRILL OR STEAM
Thaw from Frozen: Remove tray from box, and place upside down in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until thawed.
Simple Cooking Instructions: For best taste and texture, enjoy raw or steamed.
Raw: Cut oyster from shell. Serve on ice with cocktail sauce. For best results, use within 72 hours of thawing.
Steam: From frozen, remove oysters from tray and place into steamer or steam pot. Steam for 3-5 minutes til desired temperature. Cut oyster from shell. Serve with cocktail sauce or drawn butter and crackers.
