Our Sea Best American Shrimp line offers a variety of wild caught domestic raw shrimp. Choose from our shell-on, peeled and deveined, and peeled and undeveined shrimp. They’re all perfect for any appetizer recipe or for your main course.
BAKE, BROIL, GRILL, PAN FRY, STEAM OR SAUTE
KEEP FROZEN. DO NOT REFREEZE. CAN BE COOKED FROM FROZEN STATE.
Preparation: Thaw under cold running water and allow to drain 2 to 3 minutes before cooking. Do not refreeze.
Boiling: Add 4 to 6 cups of water to pot and bring to a boil. For extra flavor, add a dash of paprika, a bay leaf and a dash of salt. Add the shrimp to the boiling water. Bring water to a second boil (about 3 minutes). Shrimp is cooked when tail is curled and shrimp is pink.
Grilling: With shell on, brush shrimp with oil, season with salt and pepper, or favorite seasoning, and grill about 2 minutes on each side. Shrimp are cooked when shells are deep pink and shrimp is pink.
