BAKE OR STEAM
To Thaw: Place in refrigerator 10–12 hours before cooking or until thawed. FOR QUICK THAW: Place under cold running water for 3–5 minutes or until thawed. USE IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAWING.
Steam: Place uncracked claws and arms into a steamer basket and set over steaming pot of boiling water over high heat. Cover and steam until heated through, about 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place thawed, uncracked claws and legs on a baking sheet. Place into oven for 6-10 minutes until heated through or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
