SALMON CAESAR WRAP
Wrap your salad with our rich and healthy salmon forward caesar burrito-style sandwich.
INGREDIENTS
2 | Sea Best® Salmon portions |
1 | tablespoon olive oil |
2 | cups romaine lettuce, chopped |
1/4 | cup caesar dressing |
1/4 | cup Parmesan cheese, shredded |
2 | multigrain wraps |
| salt & pepper, to taste |
DIRECTIONS
- Brush both sides of the salmon portions with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake the salmon at 375° F for about 12-15 minutes. When the salmon is done, transfer to a cutting board and roughly chop each portion.
- Warm the multigrain wraps in a skillet over medium heat. Spread about 2 tbsp of caesar dressing on each wrap, then divide the chopped salmon, chopped romaine and shredded Parmesan between each wrap.
- Fold the wraps as you would a burrito, cut them in half and serve.
