JERK MAHI TACOS

JERK MAHI TACOS

INGREDIENTS

4Sea Best® Mahi Mahi portions
3tablespoons jerk seasoning
8corn tortillas
1jalapeƱo, minced
1-2mangoes, diced
1/2red onion, chopped
1/2red bell pepper, chopped
3tablespoons lime juice
3tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2teaspoons honey

DIRECTIONS

  • For the mango salsa, combine all the ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • For the mahi mahi, season the mahi portions on both sides with the jerk seasoning. Heat a greased nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Place the mahi portions in the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side. When the mahi is done cooking, transfer to a cutting board and chop roughly.
  • To assemble tacos, divide the mahi mahi mixture amongst the tortillas and top with the mango salsa.
