BROIL, GRILL OR BOIL
To Thaw: Remove from packaging. Place in refrigerator 10-12 hours before cooking.
STEAK Cooking Instructions: For best taste and texture, grill the steak.
Grill: Start with patted dry steak at room temperature (remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior), seasoned on preheated grill.
Sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
After searing, brush with olive oil.
Cook to desired wellness. Allow steak to rest 5 minutes.
LOBSTER Cooking Instructions: For best taste and texture, boil or broil lobster.
Boil: Place tail in boiling water. When water returns to a boil, cook 5-7 minutes or until meat is opaque in appearance.
Split shell lengthwise and serve.
Broil: Preheat broiler. Split shell lengthwise, and lift tail meat thru the split to rest on shell. Lay tail on broiler pan with meat exposed. Season and baste to taste.
Broil 4-6 inches from burner for 3-5 minutes or until tail curls.
